The construction consists of stacking the forms while running rod iron bars both horizontally and vertical prior to pouring the forms with solid concrete. This method insures longevity and lower maintenance. During natural disasters your home is constructed in a manner that is superior to all others built in conventional frame or hollow celled concrete blocks. Conventional frame homes do not stand well in hurricanes. Concrete hollow cell block homes are not ideal for the soil in Florida and often settle with step cracks and do not provide much for insulation from outside temperatures or sounds. Oak Bend makes important steps for clearing the land and development team is working to finalize platting with the City of Dunedin. Attorneys are drafting HOA documentation. Final building plans are begin prepared for permit applications.
